Ethan Granberg & Danelle Lochrie

With his talented partner & wife Chef Danelle Lochrie, Ethan has been cooking up his brand of fresh & playful comfort food in the PNW for a decade. Originally from Pennsylvania he found his home in Oregon and fell in love with the people, places, produce and feel of the North West Coast.

Following the experience that a bakery, restaurant, and now super casual eatery/ bowling alley has given him, he now wants to bring food to the people for small events and intimate gatherings, even small in home classes and demos.
